Do I need equipment or a gym membership? 
If you have access to a bench or dumbbells, great. If not, you can do everything without any gym equipment.
Is this for any fitness level? 
Yes! The exercises can be scaled up or down based on where you are starting from.

Do I need to do any special diet? 
Nope! I’ll give you a few tips to help you get going, but it doesn’t require any special diets. 
What will I get out of this?
